Gym

Gym

  • Over 25 Techno gym exercise stations
  • A wide range of free weights
  • Spacious changing facilities equipped with shower cubicles, lockers and hair dryers
  • Sauna and steam rooms

All these are available to men and women on separate days.

Male only days: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 9am -9pm

Saturdays: 4:30pm – 9pm

Female only days: Tuesdays and Thursdays: 9am – 9pm

Yoga

Yoga

The Centre provides separate classes for men and women to enjoy yoga. These classes are a great way to relax your body and mind.

Yoga for men: Saturdays: 1pm – 2pm (£1 per session)

Yoga for women: Thursdays: 6:30pm – 7:30pm (£3 per session –open to all)

Wednesdays: 12pm – 1pm (£1 per session – senior citizens class)

Nutrition Clinic

Nutrition Clinic

Our in-house Nutritionist is at hand to help those with weight concerns. An in-depth consultation, nutritional analysis, lifestyle recommendations, and exercise plan are all part of this service. (£20 fee applies)

 An appointment can be made at the Reception desk.


Massage Therapies

Massage

A wide range of massage therapies are on offer at the Centre including Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Eastern bamboo massage and remedial treatments.

Men’s appointments are available on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Ladies appointments are available on Tuesdays: (6-7pm) and Saturdays: 10:45am – 4pm

Nishkam Soccer School

Nishkam Soccer School

Football coaching is available for children aged between 5 and 17 years on Sunday mornings by FA qualified coaches. These sessions are aimed at boys and girls who have a passion for football and want to learn more skills, play matches or just get fit.

The Nishkam Centre offers free, confidential, impartial advice and advocacy on a variety of issues through its Information, Advice & Guidance Project.

Help is available in Punjabi, Hindi & Urdu on:

  • Welfare benefits
  • Employment Law Advice
