The Centre provides separate classes for men and women to enjoy yoga. These classes are a great way to relax your body and mind.

A wide range of massage therapies are on offer at the Centre including Swedish body massage, Indian head massage, Reflexology, Eastern bamboo massage and remedial treatments.
