For those looking to improve their fitness, the Wellbeing Centre
offers a range of superb facilities and professional support to help
you achieve your goals. We have qualified gym instructors and
personal trainers at hand to guide, instruct and provide tailor
made exercise programs. So, whether you want to manage your
weight, get stronger or just tone up there is expert advice available
to help you achieve your goals.
The Wellbeing Centre houses a spacious wooden-floor studio in
which all of our exercise classes take place. There are several
instructor-led fitness classes that you can take part in and include;
variations on aerobics, Yoga, circuit training and spinning. We’re
always willing to try something new why not join us !
There is ample space in the male and female changing rooms.
Lockersare provided for the safe keeping of your valuables. Both
changing rooms are equipped with hair dryers, complimentary
shower accessories and towels.
Sauna & Steam Rooms
Rejuvenate those tired aching muscles by indulging in a relaxing
sauna or steam room experience. The Centre boasts a pine cabin
sauna and steam room which both seat eight people.
The Wellbeing Centre is privileged to have a plethora of health
professionals on call to advise or refer our clientele. In addition,
we have several in-house professionals who offer; Bowen technique,
acupressure, reflexology, biomechanical alignment, infra-red heat
treatment, foot care and nutritional analysis. An appointment is
necessary so please book at reception. Some services do incur a charge.
Our meditation room is a tranquil space to reflect or relax in. For extra
comfort we’ve added complimentary massage chairs, couches and naam
simran. This experience is well worth it for total relaxation – and
remember it’s not all about blood, sweat and tears!
